Wonderful smooth high quality flat iron with awkward swivel cord at base. It’s difficult to set flat iron down on bathroom counter when you’re styling hair because the “L” shaped swivel base often sticks down preventing hot iron from laying safely and securely flat while you prepare another hair section. Additionally, the iron is pretty light weight and the cord is very long (a plus) and heavy which makes the hot tool even less secure sitting on slick counter. Worst of all is the bulky plug – which may be required, I don’t know. It takes up so much space over outlet that only one of my hair tools (dryer or flat iron) can be plugged in at the same time. Very inconvenient!
I’ve had this straightener for 7 years now, I absolutely love it. I have gone to friends houses and used their brand and I swear nothing works better on my hair. It does squeak but again had it for 7 years. I’ve dropped it god only knows how many times and its work just like I took it out of the box. Can’t wait to get my new one and retire the old one!
